Dynamic pack or Tech Pack?

Hi, I'm looking to buy a Q7 and the two I have shortlisted are both 2016 models and one has dynamic pack the other tech pack other than that they are pretty much identical cars, which is better the dynamic or tech? Thanks

What is in each pack?

if one of them has Adaptive Cruise Control, then that one gets my vote!!! ACC is excellent!
