Rear Leg Room

Hi All

I am looking to buy a Q5 and saw one (2014 model) in the flesh last week. I was surprised by the lack of leg room in the back. Seems to be less than my golf plus (2007).
It was a private seller and he had a set of golf clubs in the boot. Could it be that he had pulled the rear seats forward to accommodate the clubs? Do the seats even pull forwards as on the golf plus?

Yes they can pull forwards in my Q5. Not sure if that is standard though?

There is plenty of leg room for 4 adults.
