What are these marks on my brake disc?

Anyone know what these radial marks are, on my rear brake disc? Could it be about to crack up?

Mine had similar marks before I swapped them for new discs. I put it down to 50k miles and wear and tear.

It looks like you've got the beginning of scoring too.

yeah definately looks like a change is needed very worn looking. Mine were like that and i thought that it was just a build up of brake dust where the pad was sitting but with new discs that hasen't happened

Funny how the rear discs & pads wear out quicker than the front - 38,000m
