No blowers

For a couple of month the dashboard would make a clicking / banging noise but everything was still working fine I assumed it was something to do with flaps for the blower motors but now I have no air what so ever coming out of vents .

i have found the location of the part that is clicking but I have no idea what it is or how hard ts gonna g to be to replace could somebody please identify this part for my many thanks

car is Audi A4 2008 2.0 tdi
