MMI Software Version - Bluetooth Issues

Hi, just bought a 2014 facelift A7, upgraded my phone as well to an iPhone Xs Ultra.... mid life crisis i know. Bluetooth calling is pants, robotic voice fading in and out, anyone else had this issue and is there an update for it?

Currently running RMC_EU_P14132
Bluetooth - 3.32.3

Just got my a7. 2012 doe Bluetooth is fine using a samsung doe volume could be a bit louder as I have to have it max may try volume more up on phone see if that changes anything

Never had any problems with phone calls in my car. Though I'm using android. Do you have another phone you could try? I'll try to remember to check my software version tomorrow (2016 A7 - but it's been updated by Audi this year)

I have my old iPhone 7 but it’s a bit of a faff as I’ve factory defaulted it. I’ll try get a friend to pair their phone and see if it does the same.
