Polo 2006 1.2 petrol 3 door

I have a 1.2 2006 petrol VW polo running great but then it started misfiring on idle then the exhaust light came on the dash has any one any ideas what it could be or what I should check. it has coil packs and injectors.

Had it on diagnostic today its consistently saying Misfire detected in cylinder 2 can anyone shed any light on this for me please

Compression test to confirm low compression on cylinder 2 due to a bunt exhaust valve caused by worn valve guides.
