Top mount turbo for 1.9 TDI AVF engine

Hi, I’m looking at switching to a top mount turbo. Are there any manifolds/turbos from other VAG engines which are pretty much straight swop? I’ve been told that these engines all have top mount turbos but I have no idea if they are interchangeable.

VW Golf Mk5 - BLS / BRM 105, BMM
VW Caddy - BLS 105, BMM 140
