Folks, new to the forum but come looking for info on unfixable ECU in the wife’s Passat. Suspected damp damage in February, sent off to company in England and came back working great, only to **** the togs a month ago. Same company (who stood over the first fix) have came back to say its unrepairable. Anyone had to replace theirs? Is it an expensive job? The car has 93k and is like new but I’m not financially able to have a big spend on fixing the heap!
