GPS dizzy?

My 2009 Tiguans GPS thinks im in a different place/country. Anybody with a similar malfunction?
No luck with my Autophix diagnose either...

GPS antenna failure, a common issue that leaves the system stuck where it failed. Car washes are the common connection.

How do i get to change it, without leaving the car at the dealer?
