Pierburg 2E problem

Hi All...
I have a problem and I hope for it you can help me.
Cold launch revs up under 10 degrees when the engine starts up and 3000-4000 twirl on a turn continuous.
The turn does not return to idle speed. After 4-5 minute functions, if I stop it and I make it to new one, the idle speed is perfect.
From this I initiate it starting any time or I stop it, perfect.
If he gets cold the engine, 4-5 twirl again minute, while I do not stop it and I do not restart it.Somebody knows a solution because he is very annoying.

I'm with Paul on that 1, couldn't believe the difference it made to my Scirocco when I did the swap. Easy to pick up on Ebay

suspect waxstate and vac pull off unit (the small black plastic one)

Thanks. The problem was resolved. Against it vacuum in a system one vacuum pipe away was cracking and off-key air sucked. This was on place which can be seen hardly. THX the hint.
