Over the last month my car has been taking upto 20 seconds to start in the morning or when stood for some hours.It is fine when it has been run and restarted within a few hours.I have replaced; all glow plugs,glow plug fuse,had starter motor and alternator checked out,new battery and full service inc valve at top of fuel filter replaced. Any ideas what else i can try????

U have to determine if preheating is working or if the fault is mechanical.To do this remove the contact on the temp sensor,turn the ignition on and see if u have current at the glow plugs
