OK, so I have a 2016 A4 (B9 with tech pack) and am having some bluetooth issues with my new phone.
I previously had an iPhone and the main issues I'm having, compared to the iPhone, are these:-
1) Whichever podcast app I use (Pocketcast at the moment), I cannot access the podcast directory through the Audi system, meaning I have to pickup the phone and select a different podcast if I want one, rather than using the selector wheel in the car.
2) The bluetooth audio often skips/mutes for half a second, a bit like a CD skipping.
3) When i make a call via the car it takes about 30 seconds before the phone even starts ringing, this seems odd.
These seem like very minor niggles but I do a ton of miles and listen to loads of podcasts and music via my bluetooth and I;d love to be able to control it without having to use Android Auto, I want to use my nice Audi system...I guess the answer is to get another iPhone which I know works but I really wanted the features of the phone I now have.
If anyone can help with any of those points I'd appreciate it. Having had an iPhone for so many years I don't know if these are android quirks or if the Audi doesn't play nice with Android, or if it's a Samsung issue.
Thanks all.
