Hi my 2011 Q5 went in for a service at audi.
Whilst there they did a recall job on the heater element.
I am not sure how they access the heater element but on return I think my speaker trim has been damaged in the process, it appears that it has been lifted damaging the trim.
This could have been there before or may have been as a result of the audi work.
It would be great to clarify with everyone whether the damaged trim could have been the result of them doing the heater recall job?
The trim mesh has buckled so it is unfortunately not a easy job of pushing it down.
