I need to replace the alternator on my Passat 1.9TDI 130BHP 2003 (53). Unfortunately, all the online sources list many alternators for this vehicle, all with different specifications. How can I find the correct spec for my car? I can't get anyone from VW until Monday, and need to order it before then. The reg is BV53 OAN.
