Stop start. Passat 2011

Hi I'm new to all this so please go easy on me :) . I have a Passat 2011. Problem with stop start. I have changed the battery and the stop start started working fine for a couple of days. Now it's not working again. Any suggestions what to look at next. Please and thanks. Apologise if I have posted in the wrong forum.

Weather has lot of effect on working condition of STOP/START.

Thanks for your reply. Do you know if there a certain temperature at where it works? I going to take it back to battery shop and get them to check it tomorrow.

When I said weather effect like now being cold and there is demand on the battery while heating and lights are on STOP/START goes into pause motion and you can see sign appears on the dash that its not able to function because of the operational environment is not present.My Golf 12 plate,STOP/START has not been working since the cold weather.

Okay brilliant thanks for your help. I will leave it for now and see what happens. Just as I get used to it , it stops working :D

Good afternoon. My stop start started working this morning after 3am and worked every time after it for the first time in 5 days. Still going to battery shop to check the battery.
