Satnav Delete Memory

I am selling my 2014 A7, with SD card satnav. How do I delete the locations in the memory? I can see how to delete the last destinations, but not my saved, which include home address and those of family members.

I found the answer on the Q3 forum, it seems to work through the phone records, so you need to have your phone link and then as follows:
To delete individual "Favourites" from your Q3 Sat-Nav
1. 2. Scroll to and select "Directory" from the resulting list
3. Scroll to and select the entry to be deleted
4. Scroll to and select "Delete Contact"
5. Scroll to and select "Yes" to confirm

If you go into car, and setup. There is a factory reset option. Scroll to the bottom of there, select all options which includes sat nav, personal settings, multimedia etc, then reset and it wipes it
