Audi q7 fog lights

Hi I am new to forums but having a nightmare with my Audi Q7, recently my n/s front fog bulb blown I replaced it but it still wouldn’t work so purchased a complete new fog light (http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_nkw=fog+light). Now there’s power and earth going through everything but when I connect the connector on to the bulb there reads no power but if I take one connector of and take a reading there’s power can anyone help me.

Have you checked the wiring look as far as you can see it inside the bumper? Connectors clean, dry and not corroded?

Tbh I wouldn’t worry, I’ve used front fogs twice in 15 years of driving
