Hi all, new to the forum but hope you can help.
I have just purchased a 2009 passat cc 2.0 tdi with 140,000 miles on the clock, it has just had a service.
When started cold there is a slight knocking/ticking sound from the engine it is fairly quiet but just there when cold then when warmed up it goes away and sounds fine...
Basically is this something to worry about or just a cold diesel being a cold diesel til all the various fluids get through the engine?
