2010, A3, 1.2TFSI near side doors problem

Hi, I have a 2010 A3 and it has a problem with N/S doors: the doors doesn't lock/unlock, no red bottom lights, windows doesn't open/close (not even from driver commands), no lights on the windows button switches, the N/S mirror has no power: no indicator light, mirror adjustment doesn't work, also folding as well.

plugged the code reader, got the fault codes :
01332 - ECU Passenger Door - J387 No Signal/No Communication
01333 - ECU Left Rear Door - J388 No Signal/No Communication

Please, if someone can help to appoint me in the right direction to solve this issue would be great, thanks in advance.

I think the door circuit is not responsive anymore. Most probably something wrong with the wire. That is why no kind of signal can reach out to it.

Well, I did checked already the wiring harness/connectors from the door pillar to the door driver side and passenger side and all seems to be ok, no broken wire, corrosion or bad connection found.
Because I have same defect on both N/S doors, I'm thinking maybe the trouble could be somewhere upstream, on the convenience/comfort module.

Do you know the comfort module location on 2010 A3 model?
