Retrofit powered seats?

Hey guys, I've got heated and lumbar support front seats but not powered adjustable (mine are adjusted manually).

If I found a pair of powered A6/A7 Sline seats, could I just swap them in? Would the wires/harness already be in place in my car for simple plug and play or no?

p.s I don't care about memory seats and don't want that function

I am sure this has been discussed before....take a look in the A6 c7 section, same car underneath and that section seems to be used alot more, probably because A6 are more common.
