My better half recently purchased 2014 a3 1.6tdi manual with 28k miles on the clock. I had it out for a drive the other day and noticed that when taking the foot off the throttle in 2nd gear there is a slight of a whine from gearbox but as soon as you put the foot on the throttle again the whine totally disappears. Just wondering if anyone else with a 1.6tdi manual has noticed the same noice.
