Install a new android headunit display

Hi guys I own a Passat 11/2016 with 6.5 inch display and I want to install a new unit with android. I found some interesting units with 10.1 inch display compatible with vw Passat B8. Is there some suggestions on radio upgrade? If I remove the original series radio display I need to make some adjustments to electronics or you know some frequent issue?
