entertainment unit drops out

Hi just wondering if anyone else has had this whenever I get approximately 500 yards from home going home or leaving home entertainment unit cuts out I have no sound it only happens if my iphone is connected to car play and from both ends of my road at exactly the same spot doesn't mater what sauce I'm using

Could it be something to do with your iPhone dropping and connecting to your home Wifi System?

Had a play today and it seems to connect to the iPhone but nothing plays I'm hoping that it's just a software bug

I've had the same thing, it happens in the same spot as i'm driving back home, with my iPhone connected to CarPlay, approx 30m away, media is playing and suddenly mutes and I get Unknown on the DIS. Like Tm64 looks like it changes source to the iPhone but nothing plays. Weird!
