Shortly after my GT Estate was new (Sept 16) I got gremlins with auto hold/parking brake. 99% of the time it was okay but then it wouldn't engage or disengage when it should do. I mentioned it to the service manager and was met with the normal shrug of the shoulders and the comment of don't use it just turn it off!
As I knew I could not demonstrate it to them, because it was so infrequent, I have learnt to live with it and just cursed on the odd occasion it has happened.
My car went in for its 10K service yesterday and the guy who booked the car in said it would receive the 49G7 recall work to auto hold:biglaugh: .
I have not seen this mentioned anywhere nor have I received any communication even though I am registered owner, but now have paperwork confirming this has been done.
