Issue with heating on a 2012 Scirocco (Climatronic)

Hi all,

I wonder if someone can point me in the right direction on this forum, having not had much luck so far on some other forums?

We seem to have an issue with the heating in the car, where unless it is turned up to High, the air coming out is basically cold
- The setting below, which I think is 26C is slightly warm, but nothing like it should be and 25 and below is just cold ... this is the same from all vents

Any advise appreciated

heat control flap or motor malfunctioning, run a scan first to see if any codes are stored.
