A4 Allroad & Heated Seats

I've just purchased one of Audi's 2017 272ps A4 Allroad launch vehicles and it has every option on it (£18k worth) except heated seats!! I read somewhere that the heating elements are fitted into all seats but the connectors/wiring is omitted if you don't select them as an option.

Anyone know if this is true and if so whether, through someone like Audi Retrofit, they can be activated & wired-in?
