Oil + oil filter change

Can anyone advice which oil is recommended for my A3 1.4TFSI 2013 please as it will be getting serviced in a couple of weeks. Ideally I was thinking of using either Castrol Edge or the Quantum brand 5-30?

Both good and 504.00 approved , Quantum is cheaper and VW trademarked .
