2004 a3 1.6 needs a bit of TLC

Ok, I've been roped in to help my son repair his girlfriends old Audi a3

It needs a bit of TLC​

It needs a service, tyres,brakes and a replacement fan, the old one just runs even when the ignition is off.

What spec of oil is needed ? Is it 5/30 full synthetic ?

What part number is the fan ? Would a fan from a 2005 2.0 quattro fit ?

Is it just 4 screws/ bolts that connects the fan ?

Does it just lift out ? No ramps available.

What size are the brake discs ?

2004 a3 1.6 petrol
