TT-RS why the delay

So what happened to the TT-RS, cannot order only demo cars for sale, any idea why?

Model years for most VW change in June, so maybe they are waiting now for the MY2018 to start production... If there are changes in specification, colours or trim maybe as the TT-RS is not a fast moving seller they are not making any at this time... Just an idea ;)
