Golf MK5 1.9 TDI Limp Mode
Hi,
I have a Golf 1.9 TDI BKC 105PS.
Car goes to limp mode whenever it's thrashed really, if I keep a light foot in 5th tends to be okay but it will limp eventually whereas if I only foot it'll instantly limp as soon as it hits 60 in 4th gear
I have had the turbo fully reconditioned and not worked at all. This was also replaced just 3 years ago with a brand new one
Plugged into a diagnostic and got codes 16618 - Charge Pressure Control & 16785 EGR Flow Insufficient. have taken the EGR valve out soaked it in petrol overnight and cleaned it out it back in, replaced the MAP sensor, replaced the vacuum solenoid block - N75 is built into this right?
I've disconnected the MAF And ran the car and still limps, also tried to check for boost leaks but can't see/feel any.
Any suggestions?
