Removing rear parcel shelf (cover) saloon

Anyone removed the parcel shelf?
The large plastic section with the 2 x speaker cover panels in it.
I started to put plastic pry tools under it but it doesn't seem to want to come off and I don't want to break the clips wherever they are.

So used standard trim tools to get the speaker covers out then I could see the reasonable size holes in the carpet/card shelf.
As these are nearly big enough I just used a junior hacksaw blade to open them up to about 150mm dia under the speaker covers.
Large porting through the steel shelf is now underway also.
