Golf MK3 TDI to Audi 80 ECU Swap

For some obscure reason (known only to myself and the car), I have decided to swap the Golf MK3 TDI ECU with an Audi 80 TDI ECU.
Both ECUs are for the 90 BHP 1Z TDI engine.

Please could anyone suggest which parameters may need to be reset/recalibrated after ECU replacement ?

e.g. (but not limited to)

Key recoding
Ignition pump timing
EGR adaptation
Would also appreciate any comments regarding ECU interoperabily issues.
