Hey.
Anyone handy with panel beating able to give me some advice on how to pull this out?
I've tried heat/cold and that popped it out a little bit. Also bought one of them mini suction dent pullers to no avail either. There's very little (and I'm talking millimetres) clearance inside the bonnet to get something in there to try and pop it out from the inside. Another option I've considered - as an extreme last resort - is to fill it, but then I'd have to spray the entire bonnet...
I'll come clean and tell you that I put the dent in there when I was hanging some extention leads up in my garage. I knelt on the hood... stupid mistake, but it's done!
So, is there anything I can do apart from taking it to a shop?
Cheers

A dent remover should manage that. Some of them have an electro magnet tool which is a but like an induction rod which pops up small dents from above. Look for a PDR guy near you.

This might sound odd but a new bonnet from a scrap yard may be a cheaper option, my yard would charge you £30
