Hi All,

Apologies in advance if I am just repeating other posts, as I know there have been numerous postings/threads on similar problems.

Re: Audi 2007 2.0TDi S-line

Problem/Issue:

>Remote fob does not unlock driver door on first click. Could be coincidence, but noticed this when weather has recently turnt colder.
>Second click on the fob seems to open all other doors successfully; Driver door still locked.
>I have to then use key to unlock driver door.
>I can lock all the doors from the door switch/button, but cannot unlock the driver door even if I wound the window and try to open from the drive door handle
>All doors, including driver door locks from Key fob successfully. Although, what I have noticed is that none of the indicator lights flash when now locking via the key fob? It does flash when unlocking though.
>Electric windows and everything else seems OK
>when locking/unlocking from inside the car using the door switch, I can hear like a buzzing from the boot. I understand this is the central locking pump making the noise
>Battery inside fob replaced and re-synched according to the car manual; made no difference.
>I've used WD40 as suggested by others, and turn key repeatedly to lock/unlock. This just seems to completely 'confuse' central locking and central completely stops working. I then have to leave for a while, and fortunately starts to work fine again, still with the front door fault.

Reading other posts, it sems it could be anything from lock, switch, electric, pump etc... I've been taking the car to Audi dealer since I purchased, but my relationship with Audi has very recently came to a bitter end when they wanted thousands to repair when it failed the MOT! So if there are any recommendations for Audi specialists in the area that can diagnose fix this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all in advance for your help and assistance.

Kind regard,
