I used to be able to see my service history online at your-audi, but can't seem to find it anymore. Ami going mad?!

I still find it a bit confusing, but it looks to me like you should be able to see your service history when logging in here myAudi (https://login.audi.com/login/#/en/GB/login) but not when using the link that used to track the new car here yourAudi Login < youraudi < Audi < Audi UK (https://www.audi.co.uk/youraudi/youraudi-login.html#/account/login)
