Hello all. I know this won't bother some people as much as me, but my new A4 has developed a couple of squeaks/rattles after 2000 miles.
I've managed to locate one rattle to the area between the rear seat belt and parcel shelf. This is "cured" by wedging a little foam between them.
The second is more tricky. More of a squeak, coming for the same sort of area. It's incredibly annoying and squeaks constantly on all but the smoothest of surfaces. Could be where the trim meets the glass, but no amount of experimentation with wedges or gaffer tape seem to help.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
What are people's experiences on returning cars to dealerships with this sort of thing? Seems fairly trivial, but neither of my previous Audis have had these problems and I don't really expect a £36000 Audi to sound like a Morris Marina.
