Unable to reset Audi service indicator - video

I've not been able to reset the Audi service Indicator.

I've uploaded a video. If someone can enlighten me I would greatly appreciate it.

You need a diagnostic such as VCDS to reset the "Service" or "Inspection" interval.

Can that be done via an OBD2 USB cable and some software?

I use my laptop for coding my BMW but do I need a specific machine for Audi's?

Depends on the software.

Your BMW software won't read or reset it.

Yea figured that. That's OK mate, thanks for your help, I'll go dig around for some software to clear the code.
