does anyone know what the thumb wheel behind the wiper stalk is for? Wasn't on my last B8
Also having sd card issues

Aint got a B9 but as its on wiper stalk, "Rain sensor sensitivity adjustment"?? Usual adjustment is / was lever on top of stalk.

No the sensitivity is a small switch on the front of the stalk towards the driver. This is a thumb wheel on the back of the stalk you cant see it.

I thought the thumb wheel was the back of the wiper sensitivity switch i.e. it's all one piece. Does it actually move separately from the switch on the front?

What's up with the SD card?

I didn't notice if it operates independently just strange it is not mentioned in the handbook! The SD card periodically stops and searches for files, sometimes this takes a few minutes or dosent restart until the card is removed and inserted again, very annoying. Also just noticed the sat nav display flickers this is a distraction as it catches your eye

The thumb wheel is just the back of the front switch, they move together, so they are not separate switches. I was a bit confused like you when I picked up my car. Seems a bit overkill but hey ho.
