1.9 tdi turbo lag?

I think i have huge turbo lag. I dont seem to get any boost/power until after 2k revs.
Anything i can do to check parts? Or a fix?

Engine? Mileage? has it only just happened?
iirc my old PD130 kicked in at 1900rpm. Safely post up a video?

105bhp i think.
100k miles.
And no its been same since i got it 6 months ago. Just seems a little more obvious for some reason. The kick is hard for a 105bhp car but its the second worth of lag before hand. Wheels spin in 1st n 2nd when pullin out on a roundabout but the lag makes it worse lol
