Purchased my A4 last december in finance. Its 12 months this dec and my concern is, i plan to pay off my finance this december. My only concern is, i chose to do 5000 miles per year and in id dec id have done over 5000 miles Probably could even hit 6000.

Would they check my mileage when i pay off my finance?

They won't check. Call Audi finance ask for a settlement figure and pay it off. The milage only comes into play if you hand the car back.

If you intend to pay off the finance and keep the car, then it is of no concern to them what the mileage is.
