HI All,
I have a Golf MK3 GTi 2.0l 1995 on a N plate, the speedo clocks LCD's are very hard to read. I have managed to find a part on Ebay with the exact VW part number i require. However, when I took the golf to have a second key coded as a spare, the garage were unable to code the second key.
I am slightly worried that I am going to have the same problem with VW coding the new clocks to match the ECU and existing keys.
Any ideas on how this all works, Do I need to code the new speedo?
Please help?
