I may be being a bit thick but I can't find any reference to headlight adjustment for European travel on my 1.4 TFSI Sport.

Does anyone know if it's possible?

Also is it possible to have the digital speed readout in km/h?

I believe that the GPS in your car will cause the lights to change automatically.
Afraid I cant help with regards to the speedo.

It depends on what headlights you have as to if they move or not automatically.

The speedo should be changeable in settings and change units to metric

In the main MMI menu, if you scroll down to settings, is there anything under units?

With virtual cockpit you can change between the two. Not sure for standard dials.

Found the speedo setting, I was just being thick.

As for the lights, their just the basic xenons so I don't have high expectations but I'll find out in a week or so and report back for future reference.

Don't think they auto change. The setting (off the top of my head) is in menu, servicing (opinion on far right), and then set for driving on the right.

If it's not there it needs switching on with VCDS or at an Audi dealer

Nothing to be found in the settings. I don't have any spare time before I go my hols so I'll just live with it.

Cheers,
