i got an old 1995 a4 tdi ,the front electric window keeps keeps smashing the plastic green guiders to bits ,as if its out of sync?when i install new ones the window goes down fine then when it goes to the shut /close position it auto matically goes back down half way? wen i try it again theats when the little green brackets snap to peices? for the time being i have permenantly wired the window shut and removed the switch .please help me
