Blowing stop bulbs

Hi all I'm new on the forum so please forgive me if this has been gone over before, my partners GTDTi 03 plate keeps blowing brake light bulbs(both sides) any ideas why this should keep happening?

Thanks in advance for any help. Its beyond a joke now!!!
