Multimedia Time, Phone Icons Missing?

My car sustained some damage to the drivers side fron wing and alloy (some bloke reversed into it), I've had it repaired via my insurance from a reputable garage. Since I piked it up yesterday I've noticed the time bottom row of the main screen does not show anything, no time, no icons for phone, WIFI etc? Has anyone encountered this? Any suggestions please apart from going back to the garage?

You could try a MMI reset, or a factory reset in the MMI menu. If it doesn't help, you can send this picture to the garage and ask for advise.

IMHO, the very best thing you can do in a warranty issue is to immediately report the problem, and ask for a free repair.

OOps, I forget to say: Yes, I've seen this kind of failure in one of the A6/4F topic, something very similar happened to a forum member's MMI, when his MMI SW update failed. In that case the MMI reinstallation solved the problems.

The factory reset in this case is almost the same as the usual "restore default values" operation, it doesn't mean to replace the current MMI version with the factory installed MMI software. I can confirm, in my case, even the VCDS selections remained intact, so this option is definetly not running for an MMI original stage restoration.

However be careful, some selectable elements in the factory reset will delete your telephone numbers, or the navigation addresses, so please be careful when you select the factory reset items.

Thanks, I tried a factory reset but unfortunately it's not cleared the issue. I've sent an email to the garage on Sticker Lane (Bradford) who did the repair, and also contacted Audi Bradford to see what they suggest.

Sticker Lane Garage are not very helpful, Audi Bradford suggested performing a Terminal 30 reset for about 30 minutes, if this does not resolve it then it needs a diagnosis check. Does anyone know to to perform this reset? Can I do it with VCDS? I can demand that the Sticker Lane Garage take responsibility as they in effect caused this but I am wondering if it will be quicker to try something myself?

I managed to fix this myself, the 'experts' were not very helpful so I started to tinker (with great care) the hidden menu. I found the 'compass' setting in 'car/carmenuoperation' was set to 0, I assumed this was font related as other lines varied from 1-7 so concluded 0 meant nothing would be displayed. Anyway I changed 'compass' to 1, reset the MMI 3G and the bottom row appeared again! :)

I've hooked up my car to VCDS and am still showing the following faults, can anyone point me in the right direction please as I've tried to clear them but to no avail:
