View Full Version : In-car Wifi

Just reading this article on BBC this morning: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-36444586

Whilst nothing to suggest Audi have any similar issues, I think it would be wise to remove the reference to "Audi" in the default wi-fi hotspot name and also use a random/complex passphrase (not passWORD) with special characters, numbers etc.

I will be doing this tonight!

I name my wifi hotspot in the car as Police Surveillance car #2 always make people worry when they detect your wifi 😉

Lol, I remember hearing about someone who lived in a block of flats who use to give his WiFi network names like "Dave from no. 3 is a w**ker"...:biglaugh:
