Dealer had mentioned how good it was and Ive tried to use it once or twice with limited success - I think I got DRIVE ME HOME to work once.

Today I've tried to do the speech recognition training several times and it's failed each time when it gets to the end.

Now seems to not recognise any voice commands. Tried dictating a text message via CarPlay Siri too and it appeared to not be hearing anything.

Any suggestions before I book it in with the dealer?

SDS works fine in my A4. You do have to speak very clearly, not too slow and not too fast or it'll disregard what you say.

In the Q it's fantastic when compared to previous Audi

Mine is working fine. Even text message dictation is very accurate. I have done SDS training with no issues

I think it's a physical issue. Will take it in to get looked at.

Maybe some parts!

Tried a hands free call and had to shout to be heard. Hopefully it's a quick fix.

For the time being I will have to do a Dom Joly impression if I get a call...
