My Polo (2002 1.2) has the EML on. When diagnostic machine is plugged in, this message is displayed" 16804 Catalyst System bank 1 efficiency below threshold:p0420- static- no indication on display".
Any ideas if this is a Oxygen sensor or the Cat?
