Need to check and adjust TORSION VALUE . Recommend garage!

Hi everyone! Two weeks ago I replace in Audi garage timing belt (http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_nkw=timing+belt) and water pump. When I picked up car on second day I noticed higher fuel consumption and also that engine is warking little louder and harder!Audi garage doesn't help with this!
Does anybody can recommend garage in north of Scotland or anywhere in Scotland which do torsion adjustment?

Speak to Kenny's auto's Inverness. Don't know them but look like VAG indy closest to Forres. Good luck with the Audi man today.

This is official Audi garage in Inverness. When I talk to Kenny's and I was in little shock when he told me that he will not look AT my car! He doesn't want to be involve with it! I told him that I need his opinion just for myself! No!
Fuel consumption is little better but is warmer now. I talk today to indy garage and his opinion I should check injectors! Rough cold start up morning and irregular working engine.
