need a ignition live connection for dash camera.

I need to wire a road hawk HD unit into the car but am having issues finding a suitable power feed. I used to use the cigarette socket feed on my old car which worked via the ignition only on my 2013 tiguan the sockets powered all the time any advice appreciated.

Fuse box on the end of the dashboard on the drivers side.

Just finished wiring in my camera I fixed a cigeratte adaptor inside the fuse box hatch which I earthed to the dash then took a ignition feed from on of the Mini blade fuse slots that was empty as I could only find mini blade fuse taps in my supply. I was supprised at how many empty fuse slots there is on the tiguan.

One fuse box is for many models, equipment and markets hence the spaces.

If you look at the part number of your fuse box it'll probably not be a Tiguan specific part.
